Ruth completed her 200 hr training for Vinyasa Flow with Yoga London.  She completed her diploma for Executive Coaching with Henley Business School.

Ruth was introduced to yoga 4 years ago, and it opened the door to a whole new world. A colleague invited her to join them at yoga and she never looked back. When Ruth started the practice, she was so inflexible she could barely touch her toes, and the thought of meditation was scary, but over time not only did her physical fitness improve, but she realised how much it was improving her mental and emotional well-being. Inspired by her love for this amazing practice which had given her so much, Ruth wanted to share this amazing practice with other people, and so trained to become a teacher.

Coach

Ruth also has a diploma in coaching giving her insights into the power of providing the right environment for trust, personal development and exploration, and apply this holistic approach to yoga. She passionately believes in all-inclusive yoga, where all levels of flexibility and fitness are welcome and can benefit in the same class, whether someone is looking to improve their fitness, flexibility, manage stress or all the above. She encourages the use of props to enhance yoga, whether that is to allow access to poses, or to challenge and test the body, they are a fantastic addition to any practice. Her classes are open to all, providing a relaxed, fun, safe and exploratory environment to practice, develop and learn, it is open to all.
