With more of a focus on awakening the body through stretching and flowing movement, with the option for increased challenge offered, a great way to start the day.

Vinyasa Flow
These fun yet active flows move from pose to pose, guided by your breath designed to work the whole body. Poses are broken down, with options offered to modify or increase the intensity depending on how you feel on the day.
