Private 1-2-1 Yoga
Whether you are unable to make group classes or just prefer to practice at a time to suit you, a 1-2-1 private session may be just what you need. These sessions will be tailored to meet your requirements, whether working towards specific long or short-term goals, built around your individual requirements and needs for a truly tailored and bespoke offer.
It has been many years since I last practised yoga, but booking private sessions wih you have given me the confidence to carry on. You tailored the classes to suit my age (70 is looming next year!) and abilities, which was greatly appreciated.
Thanks for re-introducing me to yoga. You have been brilliant and I’ve enjoyed all the sessions immensely and found it really beneficial. I know there aren’t too many men doing yoga and certainly not many 66 year olds with arthritic knees and dodgy backs, so thanks for your patience and understanding. I has helped with my flexibility, core strength, and just feeling loose and relaxed at the end of class, so I would recommend you and it to everyone.
Private 1-2-1 Coaching
